Function + Form was founded by Sharon Garrett, an instructional designer, creative strategist, and learning systems expert based in Rogers Park, Chicago.
Sharon brings over a decade of cross-industry experience - spanning corporate learning, community programs, UX, DEI-aligned design, and creative strategy. Her works blends formal learning science with lived experience and cultural insight, allowing her to create learning experiences that feel human, grounded, and are genuinely knowledgeable.
She partners with experts, therapists, creatives, founders, and organizations to help them turn their ideas into clear, engaging, and teachable experiences.
